1.      HOW DOES THE PRODUCT WORK? IS IT SAFE? (MADE IN USA)

 

·        Body cooler is made with an internal non toxic polymer that absorbs water.  Most all products are made with a poly cotton blend or cotton.

·        The product works by method of evaporation.  This creates the comfortable cooling effect. 

 

1.      soak product approx 20 min not to exceed ½ inch thickness

2.      ring lightly, towel dry, then hang to dry, wear

3.      product cools up to 3 days then needs re activated steps 1 & 2

 

·        To wash use delicate detergent or spot clean.  As product absorbs water this needs to be done promptly. We suggest a full dry to original state after a wash.  To remove smells or just basic refresh add vinegar to water.

·        Products are for use for people and pets. If at any time the seams bust or leak polymer please discontinue use for optimum safety. If accidentally consumed it will pass thru system. The polymer is non-toxic. Does not contain latex.

 

o       We do have a phase change cooling that uses ice packs, just freeze and insert.  Icy cooling up to 3 hours.  Back up inserts can be carried in an ice cooler to extend for a work day.

 

2.      DO YOU WORK WITH INSURANCE COMPANIES?

 

o       Not directly No

o       We do have a category code that insurance companies and Medicaid recognize. There is the probability of reimbursement please refer to your individual insurance carrier.

3.      DO MS (MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS) PATIENTS RECEIVE DISCOUNTS?

o       Yes if the order comes thru the MS chapter directly.  Please contact your local MS chapter.

o       We will continue to help where we can if this is unattainable, also case by case.  Please leave your information.

 

 

4.      ARE THERE MS (MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS)   PROGRAMS AVAILABLE FOR LIMITED INCOME?

o       Yes, please contact the  MS Association 1-800-532-7667 ext 121

o       Or website www.msassociation.org they have a form and application thru their site.

o       There are various programs we also are not aware of but we will document those at time of discovery.

 

5.      DO YOU WHOLESALE? PROCEDURE OR REQUIREMENTS? 

 

·        Yes generally to established companies, retailers, Military Organizations and various non profit organizations.

·        We do offer exclusive designed products, fabrics and personalized Logo on products.

·        We will review on a case by case basis otherwise.

7.      ALL WARMING PRODUCT QUESTIONS:

 

·        We are currently updating our warming line.  The previous products are limited and have been discontinued.

·        The new warming line will work with air activated inserts that last up to 24hrs,

·        These products will be released mid summer season and available for the Fall.

1.       WHAT PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

 

·        Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, check & money order (Make Payable to CRAIG & CORTES, product released once cleared) Company Credit Available must be approved, application form available.

 

 

2.      HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?

 

·        We Use UPS and USPS depending on the order.  All orders go out to the best of our ability within 3 business days or the order date.  You will receive a tracking number on your order via email.

·        Expediting available: basic order $32.00 3lb Max shipping USPS EXPRESS within USA, arrival within 2 days.  Please add note in comments section of online order, we will get back with you in a timely manner to accommodate.

·        Larger Orders case by case if the customer is willing to pay the higher shipping cost. 

 

                                                                                                                                  

3.      DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

 

·        Yes we do, most orders cost $14.00 and are sent USPS Priority mail and can take up to 10 days.

·        For larger orders most cost up to $44.00 unless its extra large, in all cases over the $14.00 amount we will notify you prior to billing your order for approval.

 

 

4.      WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN?  30 DAY POLICY UNLESS APPROVED OTHERWISE.

·        We do not trade sell or release any customer information.

·        We use Yahoo stores which is a secure and heavily managed host server for the most updated protection and security available on the internet.

·        We are required to maintain PCI compliance with all transactions and personal credit card data.

 

6.      DO YOU ADVERTISE OTHER COMPANIES OR DO LINK EXCHANGE?

 

·        Case by case basis, if approved it needs to be somewhat related to our business capacity or customer base.

·        Since 2010 Craig & Cortes now own and are continuing the product line.

·        Craig & Cortes worked along with Akemi Inc. for the past three years, Akemi Inc. will continue to assist during the transition of 2010.

·        All products are manufactured in the same original factory.

·        All previous Accounts and agreements remain the same.  The basic policies and procedures also remain the same.
