RETURNS

Body Cooler® / Body Warmer™ gives its customers the opportunity to return products within 30 days from the invoice date.

Any return merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the invoice date. A copy of the invoice must be included with any returns.

It is the customers responsibility to notify us of any product defects or incomplete shipments immediately upon receipt of the goods.

Please email us at info@bodycooler.com to submit your return request. Exchanges are permitted only if the product is the wrong size, color, or arrives damaged or has a defect.
